Old Stone House with private Swimming Pool.

Our house is comfortable and homely with many different spaces to escape to, so if you are a big group you can always find a quiet spot to relax. 4 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms + 1 family bathroom. We have 2 balconies with a view of Split along with 2 other outside areas for dining or relaxing and of course there is the pool area with hammocks and sunbeds. (As 1 guest said "Its like having your own private village") The large kitchen and outside BBQ with dining both seat 10 guests.
The space
Our comfortable 200 hundred year old stone house with private swimming pool is set in the small village of Mravince just 15 mins from Split's busy city center/beaches. Mravince is know as Split's balcony as we overlook the city with beautiful views of the sea and islands. Only 30 mins from the airport. Our house with its private swimming pool and outside gardens with hammocks and sunbeds has 5 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms. A fully equipped kitchen, outside fireplace and dining area, WiFi, DVD's, books and can comfortably accommodate 10 people, family or friends looking for that perfect summer retreat.
Relaxing and homely, our house is an excellent base for exploring the surrounding areas by bus or by car. Split, Solin, Trogir, Omis, Makaska, Krka National park and waterfalls, Plitvica Lakes and the islands of Solta, Brac, Hvar and Vis are all day trips from here,
Guest access
The house, pool, terrace and gardens are for your private use. The pool area is gated for child safety.
Other things to note
The house is situated in a residential area so respect for our neighbours is appreciated especially after 11pm.

CLEANING has always been our PRIORITY but now you can be assured that under the present circumstances more disinfectants are being used and will be available for your use also for peace of mind.
