Large windows invite in natural light and cooling sea breezes, while air conditioning and ceiling fans ensure year-round comfort. You have access to the communal in-ground swimming pool and the handy outdoor shower, ideal for rinsing sand off after a day at the beach. There is also a single carport, and the complex is fully fenced with an electric code for entry.
