This beautiful vacation home is very cozy and beautifully situated on the edge of the forest, overlooking the soccer field, the wooded ridge, and the meadows, and close to the dunes. It is available for rent for a minimum of 2 nights and a maximum of 21 nights. It is very centrally located, making it ideal if you want to explore the Netherlands.

This romantic bungalow has 3 bedrooms with a total of 6 beds. It features a spacious garden and outdoor seating areas on both sides.

Ground Floor:
The first floor, with natural stone flooring and underfloor heating, features a toilet with a sink, an open kitchen with an oven and microwave, a filter coffee maker (filter size 4), an electric kettle, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, kitchenware for 6 people, and an induction cooktop. The dining table seats 6 people.
The living room has a cozy TV corner featuring a wood-burning stove, a 42-inch LED TV, a Bluetooth radio, a reading nook with a recliner, books, and board and card games.
The patio behind the house overlooks the nearby sports field and features a patio set for 6 people with a Yakiniku BBQ. The surrounding trees provide shade on a hot summer day. The patio adjoins the spacious garden, which also has a patio set if you’d like to enjoy the sun a bit more.

First Floor:
The upper floor features 3 bedrooms; the master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and the other 2 bedrooms each have 2 box-spring beds. The master bedroom also features a “Romeo and Juliet” balcony that offers a beautiful view of the sports field, meadow, and wooded surroundings. The bathroom is also located here and includes a shower, toilet, sink, and a washer-dryer combo.
This property has two parking spaces on-site.
10 Mbps Wi-Fi is included with your stay. For an additional fee, you can upgrade to 50 Mbps.

The vacation home is located in the 't Eekhoornnest bungalow park.
The rental includes linens (made-up beds), towels, dish towels, and a set of cookware.
Upon request, a crib or high chair can be provided in the home free of charge. Please let us know in advance.

House Rules
We would like to welcome you in advance and thank you for choosing our vacation home.
We expect that during your stay, the accommodation will be kept clean and treated with respect. To ensure clarity, we would like to draw your attention to the following house rules:

-All accommodations are strictly non-smoking. The use of deep fryers without properly functioning odor filters is also prohibited. If we find that an open deep fryer has been used or that smoking has occurred in your room, an additional €250.00 will be charged for the cleaning of the curtains and furniture in your accommodation.
-It is prohibited to dispose of sanitary pads, frying oil, and other fats down the drain due to the pressure sewer pumps. If this is discovered, the tenant will be held responsible for the cleaning costs.
-Moving beds and dressers is only permitted in consultation with and with the assistance of our staff to prevent unnecessary damage.
-It is not permitted to install satellite dishes on or near the properties.
-Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
-It is prohibited to attach nails, thumbtacks, tape, glue, or similar items to the walls or furniture.
-Open consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited. Walking around the park with a bottle of alcoholic beverage will not be tolerated. If we find guests outside their bungalow in an intoxicated state, we reserve the right to remove that person from the park. Drugs are prohibited throughout the entire park.
-We are a fireworks-free park. Open fires and fireworks are prohibited both on and off the park grounds. As long as the government has not issued a Code Orange, barbecuing on the patio of your cottage is permitted. Check the information channel to see if barbecuing is permitted.
- You can dispose of your household waste—including plastic bags, paper, cardboard, and glass—in the designated containers behind the wooden doors to the left of the parking garage entrance.
- Our guests come here primarily for peace and quiet. We therefore ask that you keep noise to a minimum. After 11:00 PM, no noise may be audible outside your accommodation.
Upon departure, the accommodation must be left clean (swept) and in its original condition. All furniture must be returned to the exact location where you found it upon arrival. All kitchen items must be left in the kitchen cabinets, complete, clean, and dry. Please report any breakages to the front desk (online). Trash bags must be placed in the containers in front of the parking garage.

Any damage to the accommodation and/or the inventory and/or decorations contained therein, or the theft thereof, will be charged immediately to the person responsible or the jointly liable party.

Sauna:
You can access the private sauna, located next to the residence, using your own code. You may use the sauna for a maximum of 2.5 hours at a time.

-Wearing swimwear is mandatory.
-A maximum of 4 people are allowed in the sauna at one time.
-You must shower before using the sauna.
-Wearing bath slippers is recommended.
Shaving is not permitted in the Wellness area.

-The use of a large towel is required in the sauna.
-Food, beverages, drugs, and tobacco are strictly prohibited and not allowed in the Wellness area. Bottled mineral water is permitted.
-Electronic devices are prohibited in the sauna.
-Drink plenty of fluids and take a break every 5–15 minutes.
-We advise against using the Wellness Center if you have high blood pressure, are pregnant, have diabetes, have heart problems, or are taking medications that cause or exacerbate symptoms during your visit to the Wellness Center. If you have any concerns about your health, it is advisable to first consult your doctor to determine whether it is safe for you to use the Wellness facilities.
-Engaging in sexual activity is not permitted.

As a guest, you are personally responsible for using the Wellness facilities properly. Under no circumstances can Bungalowpark 't Eekhoornnest be held liable for accidents or for bodily injury or property damage caused by the improper use of our facilities.
