**★☆☆☆☆** My stay at Holiday Inn Express Times Square South was completely unacceptable. One of the elevators was out of service, and the remaining elevator was operating under conditions that were clearly inadequate for the number of guests. Waiting 20 to 30 minutes just to go up or down became a daily occurrence. This is not a minor inconvenience; it is a serious operational failure that significantly impacts the guest experience. The situation was made worse by the poor condition of the common areas, which were visibly dirty and lacked proper maintenance. However, the most frustrating aspect of this stay was the staff's attitude. When guests complained about the elevator issue, employees repeatedly stated that because the problem had been disclosed at check-in, the hotel was not responsible for the consequences. This argument is unacceptable. Most reservations are prepaid, meaning guests have already committed financially before arriving and have little to no practical opportunity to stay elsewhere. Simply informing guests of a major problem upon arrival does not absolve the hotel of responsibility for providing the services and standards that guests paid for. Instead of acknowledging the severity of the situation, apologizing, or offering any meaningful solution, staff members were dismissive, rude, and unwilling to take ownership of the issue. A hotel cannot charge full price while failing to provide basic functionality and minimally clean facilities

Nicely located on the UWS. The bed was super. Omfortable and everything was very clean.

Quarto limpo, bem arrumado, funcionarios atenciosos, bem climatizado, e perto de tudo. O quarto não muito grande, mas quem esta na região não quer ficar muito no quarto, e sim aproveitar o quanto mais as proximidades.
