"Staff was accommodating and helpful. Adequate breakfasts. Clean rooms but AC were extremely noisy. Neighborhood is okay, close to Chinatown and Little Saigon."

"For a newer property I was disappointed. The bathroom fans was never installed. The bathtub did not drain until a worker arrived to remove the clogged drain. He should have checked the sink too because it hardly drained. The building itself lost power for several hours so our dark room had no air conditioning for that time. Not one employee offered an apology, sad."

"Superior staff friendliness and responsiveness. Rooms and facilities are well kept and up to date. Bar and restaurant on site Kroger is a short walk away. Some issues with tub and sink drains that were promptly resolved. Not perfect, but I would stay again. The people make it."

"It's an older hotel but its very clean and well kept. The breakfast was limited. That the only thing I did not like."

"The bed sheets has stained on them that you can’t see with your naked eyes and if you use an ultraviolet light you could see how dirty and stained it is."
