Wind Swept - Oceanview 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath

Welcome to Wind Swept! This beautiful duplex home will serve as the perfect getaway during your Topsail stay! The three bedrooms and two bathrooms will fit your party comfortably while offering all the amenities of home. If you have a large party, take a look at Finisterre, the other side of this duplex. Both can be rented to give you more than enough room for a fun filled vacation!

When you approach the home you’ll find plenty of parking, either under the shade of the house or on the paved driveway. This is a great spot to store those sandy beach toys, kayaks and canoes. A short flight of stairs leads you from the outside to the main living space of the home.

The entrance to Wind Swept will place you on the main living level of the home. This open floor encompasses the kitchen, dining area, living room, laundry room and one bedroom and bathroom.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you’ll need for meal preparations and entertaining. Plenty of storage lets you tuck all your groceries and snacks out of the way. It is open to the living room to make sure you won’t miss a moment of the action. Pull a chair up to the bar at the counter or sit down as a group to enjoy a meal at the separate dining table.

The comfortable living room offers all of the amenities of home. Ample seating is provided for the whole gang to hang out and enjoy a movie on the television with DVD player. You’ll be able to enjoy the ocean view and listen to waves rolling in right from this room. If you’d prefer to experience it firsthand just step through the sliding glass door onto your deck. This space is perfect for working on your tan or sitting back and taking in a stunning Topsail sunset. It provides a fantastic ocean view and you can keep an eye out for guests returning from the beach access located across the street.

You will find the first of Wind Swept’s bedrooms located on this level of the home as well. This bedroom offers a spacious king size bed for you to snuggle up in and unwind at the end of a fun filled day. The full bathroom is easily accessed from the hallway and features a Jacuzzi tub to help those muscles relax after a full day of surfing and swimming. A convenient separate laundry room is located between the bedroom and bathroom. It offers a full size washer and dryer so you can keep all those suits and towels fresh each day.

Upstairs is a full bathroom and 2 bedrooms. The bedroom to the right has 2 twin beds and the bedroom the the left has a queen bed with a balcony overlooking the ocean.

Wind Swept can’t be beat for an amazing island experience. Take advantage of all the best that Topsail has offer while you make memories to last a lifetime. Surfing, swimming, shelling and sprawling beaches offer plenty of activity on the Atlantic Ocean. Topsail has many boutique shops and restaurants as well as several local companies offering rentals and lessons for a variety of water recreation.There is plenty to discover here on Topsail Island.

A small pet is welcome with a paid pet fee.

Great location. Large deck on 1st level with view of ocean and balcony on 2nd level in queen bedroom. With balcony over part of the deck you can sit 8n the covered shade or catch some rays. Easy access to the beach. Has a complete private shower with hot and cold water outside for returning from the beach.
