Situated on the second floor of a private 6-unit complex, this rental features ample parking for 2 cars. The inviting living space is designed for relaxation and entertainment, with hardwood and carpet floors, a large bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy streaming your favorite shows on the big Roku smart TV while soaking in the sunlight that floods through the sliding glass doors leading to your private deck.

Topsail Island is the perfect getaway. There's tons to do on those rainy days because you won't want to leave the beach on the sunny ones!
Beautiful Wilmington is a scant 40 miles to the south with plenty of things to do like Museums, Battleship North Carolina, Fort Fisher Aquarium & Restaurants! Perfect to check out on a rainy down-day.
Jacksonville is 20 miles to the north. We're close to LeJeune's south gate.

Other Things to Note:
There is a coin operated laundry located in the building. There is not a washer/dryer in the unit itself.
We have 4 other 2 bedroom units in the building that each sleep 5, plus another 1 bedroom that sleeps 4. Contact us if you need more space!

• A Rental Agreement is required to be signed per North Carolina Chapter 42A Vacation Rental Act.

Just OK !

Very odd that the main entrance lead you right into the main bedroom ! Not nicely decorated….blank walls and holes in the walls that were left unspackled ! No mirror in the bedrooms to do your hair/makeup while someone else was using the bathroom ! Screen door didn’t close…..broken ! Blowing open when windy and woke us all up several times ! Great for teenagers or college students….NOT FAMILIES !

Not worth it

Not impressed with property and very misleading from listing. Gave us wrong code and couldn't enter our place. The door was very misaligned and had to lift it up to get deadbolt to lock. Basically you better bring everything you need, nothing is really provided except a place to sleep, shower, stay dry and cool/warm. My bed was nesty with seet tarts left in the sheets and noticed some places in bathroom that look like mold. Will never book or recommend this to anyone.

Great for the price

The location of the property couldn’t have been better. We had an issue with a fire alarm battery that we called and reported but it was never addressed while we were there. Also the place was extremely damp and musty smelling, which I know can happen on the beach, but this was worst then anywhere I’ve stayed before. Over all I would stay here again because of how great the location is.

Our Stay

The house was vey clean though sparsely furnished. We were generally OK but have the following suggestions: this house will sleep five but has a bare minimum of sullies for the kitchen. It would be virtually impossible to prepare a meal for a whole family. The outside shower is helpful but the pressure is low and there is no hot water. Since it was warm it wasn’t an issue but could be at times. With only one bathroom, it would be nice to have the outside shower working well. The microwave is very low power and though new, will barely heat anything especially from the frig. Just a few modest upgrades would help.

It was fine

Pros -Property was very clean -Great location (just a few steps from the beach) -Met our needs -Trash bins onsite Cons -Some repairs are needed. Missing two cabinet doors, Knob missing from cabinet door in bathroom, Sliding glass door had no lock...just a bar to slide behind the door -Parking was confusing. Someone was in our spot all weekend which resulted in us parking our vehicles in someone else's spot. -No bunkbeds. This didn’t bother us at all but if I had promised my kids they were getting bunkbeds and we got there and it was a daybed with a trundle they would have been mad. So just FYI... -no ice maker Overall, it was fine. Just needs a little TLC

Not recommend at all .

Many things broken such as cabinet doors, shower handle falls off because no screw to hold it on. Sliding door lock broken.. Building all around going on. Abandoned house in front . Very loud above us. No dishes or glasses,forks or spoons , etc. . What dishes available was plastic toddler things. Outside shower poorly built and no hose to rinse of anything . Some renters got kicked out . Had a very bad Mildew or old smell. The unit beside us had very bad bends in the floors almost to the point you would fall down. Old old RCA refrigerator covered with rust spots and missing cabinet doors. All the sand from above floors fall on your head so stay inside . Would be great for frat house if that's your thing..
