Pricing for this property is based on a 4-person base rate. Additional guest surcharge per person per night applies.

WiFi: Whilst we do anticipate WiFi will be available during your stay, it is not guaranteed. WiFi availability is dependent on the network provider.
Bright Escapes will not be held accountable for network errors.

Parking Info: 2 Cars can be parked in the double lockup Garage, ample parking on gravel path for extra cars.
Please do not park cars on the grass.

Please note property has external non audio safety cameras in the outdoor alfresco entrances of the property.

* Please note firewood for heating is supplied from the 1st of May until the 30th of September.
You will be supplied with an allocation of 1 night's firewood, if extra wood is required you will need to purchase it yourself.
The property does have ample heating inside besides the wood heater *.

Cleaning Policy
For any cleaning issues, we ask that you report any concerns within 24hrs of arrival to the office.
Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
For weekends, please report any issues to our afterhours mobilewithin 24hrs of arrival.
We will require photo evidence to support any claim.
