"I was up on LI visiting family and friends. I’d never spent any time in Kings Park or that general area before so I decided to give this place a try. Everything in the apartment was new and clean. The owners live in the main part of the house but the apartment had its own private entrance and I wasn’t disturbed in any way. "Very clean. Easy to get to. Listing as described. Bed and furniture are nice and comfy. Only thing I would add is a broom and dust pain and some Clorox wipes so guest can keep it neat. 5 stars! Very nice host. "

"Place was incredible, house is also stocked with everything you would need to spend a few nights I was impressed, quickly realized I don’t even need to pack half of what I brought. Bathroom is stocked with tooth brushes and tooth paste even cue tips plus a bunch more. Kitchen cabinets stocked full of spices and everything for coffee. Also every kitchen appliance you could think of is available"

"I was disappointed. The kitchen was not stocked as stated and we had no access to washer that is in the profile. My granddaughter eats on the run and we had no broom to clean up after her. The rooms were adequate and the yard was pleasant. For what I spent I shouldn’t have had to run out for anything. When I spoke to Reggie when we arrived the issue of cleaning supplies seemed to be of no concern for cleaners come in after we leave but what bout while we were there if it is expected that quests...

"Nice location and well-appointed rooms.
Unfortunately, the rooms stink of heavily perfumed cleaners and the sheets and towels were so heavily perfumed from scented detergents and dryer sheets as to render them toxic. If you have any sort of chemical sensitivities, the rooms at this place will make you sick."
