"My wife and I expected and paid for what was advertised as a larger room with a queen bed and desk. There was no room to walk around the bed or "sit" at the desk, which was maybe a foot wide. The room, itself, was not all that clean, and the toilet was very close to the bed.
I might have managed by myself but my wife was deeply upset, so we asked for our money back and booked a room at a nationally recognized chain for about $100 more for the night.

"Absolutely amazing!! The staff was very helpful and our room was perfect. I’m huge on sound cancelling and our room was completely silent. My only issue at all was how large the deposit was, but that isn’t a big problem! Recommend"

"I had an amazing view of Lake Michigan and the area but unfortunately Michigan Ave is very noisy at all times of the day and night. In addition, there were no black out shades and due to the rooms facing East, the sunrise was bright and early. I had to buy a sleeping mask just to sleep to 7am. The hotel is located in a great area so if you can overlook those issues, then you’d be fine. "

"Valet parking was easy and worth the extra money to be able to take your car in and out of it a few times during your stay. Hotel room had great views on the 18th floor with tall ceilings. Room was clean and had everything I needed and lots of space. The bathroom barn door style was sticking at one point and maintenance came immediately to fix it. Friendly staff. Comfy beds great location to shopping, river walk, parks, Navy Pier. no complaints. "
