We understand that these are old buildings in central London, however, the furnishings were all broken, dirty, and needed to be replaced. I had to chase them several times before eventually getting a response while waiting to find out where I was staying. To make matters worse, the map pin was completely wrong, adding another 10 minutes' walk back past the apartment. Not a great start. Calling this a "Luxury Apartment" is laughable.
