"Stayed here over the bank holiday as a family of 4. The hotel itself is nice and the outside space is green and relaxing. However, we were given a very hot top-floor room during 28°C weather, with no air conditioning and windows that barely opened. The fan provided did not help and none of us could sleep. Good continental breakfast included, which I hadn't realised. Our twin room was good, but it was very hot as the bathroom towel rail was boiling constantly, so heated the whole room up and as in attic, it was already hot, so we couldn't sleep.
