Prior to arriving I received a call from the hotel asking if I had any questions regarding our trip or if we would like to reserve a table at the restaurant
Upon arrival the car park was very busy and we found it difficult to find a space. The reception staff were very friendly but they didn’t provide us with any information about the restaurant, breakfast timing, health club or about the surrounding areas.
The room was spacious and clean but the bathroom was quite tired and could benefit from a refresh, the waste bin was quite rusty around the bottom, shower leaked flooded the floor.
Eating in the Farmer, Butcher, Chef Restaurant was reasonable, but pricey, but I suppose that part of the Goodwood product
Car parking could be improved by implementing separate parking for hotel guests and health club guests.
Check in could be vastly improved, just with some simple steps to make the experience more memorable
Bathroom definitely needed a refresh
Generally the stay was OK but nothing special too write home about
