Create some unforgettable memories in our lavish 3 bedroom apartment
(210 sq. m) with stunning sea view of the Mediterranean! You can
completely reset your mind, body and soul just by chilling in the
spacious living room on our stylish sofa, which is also big enough for
a whole family. Has your appetite gone wild? Just prepare, yourself
along with your loved ones, a delicious dish in our fully equipped
kitchen, then you can enjoy your just cooked masterpiece on the terrace
(30 sq. m), while your eyes are having pleasant time, watching these
breath-taking views. The terrace is fully equipped with classy and cozy
outdoor furniture, so there is nothing stopping you from having a
decent glass of wine along with your tasty dinner.
In addition - each bedroom has a very comfy bed in it, which is
promising great night sleeps. Also, our master bedroom has en-suite
bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. At your disposal you will have a laundry
room and dryer. Would you like to keep yourself in a good shape? That
won`t be a problem at all as there is a fully equipped gym - Fort
Fitness (located at Level -3, charges apply) which includes an indoor
running track, a boxing ring, beauty clinic and barber shop. On those
hot summer days, you can also have a refreshing dip in the communal
swimming pool (free of charge) which is ideal for adults and children
alike.
There are plenty of things you can do while you are staying in our
property - Tigne Point, Malta's best shopping mall is just a few meters
away just like the many cafes, restaurants and shops in the area. You
can have a stroll along the beautiful Sliema promenade all the way to
St Julian's or even take a water taxi to Valletta. You can swim in the
blue mediterranean sea with beautiful beaches just across the road.
Public transport to all of Malta's attractions is easily accessible
too. In case you have any additional questions, please contact us, we

Beautiful property & Amazing location

The property was as advertised and very spacious. Plenty of room for everyone. There were 3 couples. The view was incredible. Loved having coffee every morning Looking at the water and having a drink in the evening looking at the water. The location was great as the mall and grocery store were very close and shops and restaurants were walking distance. The only negative was that the Wifi didn’t work in the back bedrooms; otherwise our stay was perfect. I rated the check in process a little lower because we couldn’t get into the apartment at 3 pm. The previous occupants didn’t check out and were still in the apartment so the cleaners couldn’t get in to clean. The property management was great on getting them to clean it quickly and let us store our luggage so we could walk around the area.

Beware - Electricity not included in rental fee

Upon arrival we were notified we had a daily electricity a allowance, this was not in the booking agreement. There was also a cash deposit required at check in we were notified of shortly before our arrival, this was also not in the booking agreement. The extra electric charges were conveniently taken out of the deposit returned at the end of our stay. The heat did not work for 2 days, when they turned on the heat no instructions were left on how to adjust it, adding to the electric consumption. Last the first crib provided had tape on it, moving wheels & was not suitable for an infant. We spent much of our vacation corresponding with the management company about issues with the unit.
