"We spent a month in the unit. It was very comfortable and the property manager was very diligent about responding to emails. The location is amazing, only 1 1/2 blocks from the waterfront and a variety of restaurants. The only complaint is that while the unit was mostly clean, it was clear that no one had carefully swept or vacuumed the unit. "We arrived and the air conditioning didn’t work. We immediately called to report. We had to call multiple times and we were without air for 3 of the 4 nights. The worst part is we weren’t even provided fans for the first 2 nights. We had to leave doors and windows open the first 2 nights, and that would have been okay except we were eaten alive by mosquitoes. We had more bites than we have ever had combined. "L’agencement de l’appartement est très sympathique : 3 chambres avec chacune sa douche à l’italienne + lavabo + wc. Grand séjour avec cuisine ouverte sur le séjour et la terrasse. Très fonctionnel ! Emplacement central devant l’Hotel de Police, bruyant (surtout pour la 1ère chambre). Beaucoup de circulation à Malte ! Commerces de proximité très pratiques. Dommage que la douche de la 1ère chambre était complètement bouchée à notre arrivée…"

Barely any noise from outside or from the neighbors. The building itself felt safe, secure, and well-kept. Huge shopping mall, restaurants, cafes, etc within a 200m radius.
