Welcome travellers to this stylish 1BR home that offers the perfect blend of modern comfort & convenience. As you step inside, you'll find a tastefully furnished living space flooded with natural light. A fully equipped kitchen is complete with all the utensils & appliances you need for your meals! The bedroom has also access to a lovely private, airy balcony.

Tigne is a lovely spot for a base, with Malta's largest shopping complex & full of life and coffee shops.

WIFI and Air-conditioning.

Living area| : The living area features a comfortable sofa and a Smart TV connected to the internet (Netflix, YouTube, etc.) for your entertainment. Additionally, the sofa can be converted into a sofa bed, providing 2 extra sleeping space if needed.

The communal pool is accessible seasonally and during designated hours. It is open from the 3rd of June and closes on the 15th of October (weather permitting).

Kitchen| Our fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher, cooker, oven, fridge, and cutlery, offering everything our guests need to prepare fantastic meals. Perfect for both short and long-term stays.

Bedrooms| 1 bedroom, including a double bed with and ensuite.

Linens| All our guests are provided with linens and two sets of towels. We are big fans of a good night so all the linens we provide is of the highest of quality.

Bathrooms| 1 bathroom including a shower while the other is just a guest toilet which is accessible from the living area.

Very important notes before booking:

1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)

2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

3. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.

6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATSUP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.

9. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
