Welcome travellers to this large and beautiful house in the heart of Sliema.

The house boasts a SPLENDID and PRIVATE ROOF TOP area for the sole use of our guests, where they can spend beautiful amounts of time chilling & enjoying the Maltese sun. It has also a very large & spacious living room with a massive sofa, balcony, & a SMART TV.

Also included are 4 large bedrooms, which could easily host 8 guests with comfort & WIFI.

This home also has a full equipped kitchen, with a dining area.

Living Spaces:

1. A massive living area detached from the kitchen area, a massive sofa and a NEW SMART TV.

2. Also ROOF TOP area with a dining area where our guests can enjoy the beautiful Maltese SUN.

3. Kitchen area with a dining area.

ALSO a private table soccer for the sole use of our guests.

Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge, and utensils, everything a family or a group of friends would want to fix a wonderful meal.

The home is equipped for both short and long-term rentals.

Bedrooms| 4 amazing and spacious bedrooms, where you have 3 double beds and another with 2 single beds.

Linens| We all love a good night's sleep, all bedrooms will be equipped with high-end linens and quilts. We also provide 2 towels each for showering and towels for the pool area.

4. Self check-ins is provided and details and instructions are to be sent 24 hours prior check-in date.
5. Waste schedules are shown in the check-in guide, putting the waste at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, local fines may apply. Kindly note that streets are constantly monitored.
6. What is included in the apartment.

- Plate liquid soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage.
