360 Estates welcomes you to Malta by offering this beautiful, brand new property just of one of the nicest promenades in Malta. At the promenade our guests will enjoy magnificent walks in the Sun, have beautiful swimming spots and is even full of restaurants.
The apartment itself is also a beautiful with designer features all over the place. A comfy sofa, with a large SMART TV is available with a private balcony with outdoor furniture.
Also included is strong WIFI & fully equipped kitchen

Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, cutlery and anything our guests will require to prepare the most fantastic meal ever! This is perfect for both long and shorter long rentals.
Living area| Comfy sofa, with a Smart TV connected directly to the internet (Netflix, youtube etc) and a dining table for all the guests to live in comfort. A balcony on the front, for the private use of our guests.
Bedrooms| 3 Bedrooms, the 1st Bedroom is a double bedroom the others are with 2 single beds.
Linens| All our guests are provided with linens and two sets of towels. We are big fans of a good night so all the linens we provide is of the highest of quality.
Bathrooms| 2 bathrooms, one is an ensuite and the other accessible from the living area.

The apartment is situated in one of the nicest parts in SLIEMA. Just down the road, our guests will find the famous promenade with all restaurants, coffee shops and even ice cream shops. For guests who love swimming, the rocky beach is just a couple of meters away from this location.
The convenience is also within walking distance from the apartment.
The bus stop is just round the corner from this apartment making it very easy and cheap to travel.
For guests who will rent a car free parking is available around the area.
Very important notes before booking:
1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)
2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.
3. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)
4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.
5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.
6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.
7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)
- Shower gels - Liquid Soap - Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom) - Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage - Garbage bags - Linens for the bed - 2 Towels per person
8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATSUP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.
9. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest. Very important notes before booking: 1. Què li ha agradat: Neteja, comoditats i estat de l’allotjament i instal·lacions
The apartment is beautiful. It's very well located and is very big. The road it is on its noisy but don't let that out you off. Remember it is situated in a busy area. I would not hesitate to go again. One improvement though could be the communication. You receive plenty of(automated, I guess) messages from the owner but when you contact him you receive no reply. We tried twice to get an answer for a query we had and did not receive any explanation or reply. We emailed direct and also through the contract owner selection in the website. The information given for accessing the apartment is not up to date and needs to be changed. As a heads up, we were sent an email with details of a key master for retrieving the key, but when you get there, there is not one. It is a digital keypad on the door that you enter the code into. It's easy to use one you know.
