The space
The property being on the 7th floor is full of natural light and peaceful. Block is very quiet as many are permanent residents so please keep that in mind during your stay :)

The living area has a sofa that converts to a double bed sofa bed and a 40” smart TV will also be in the property. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances you may need including a dishwasher.

After that is the main bathroom equipped with a bath and a single bedroom. Further is in the box room where all the laundry, tumblers and ironing accessories will be and lastly is the double bedroom which is equipped with en ensuite shower as well.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned in every room. On each floor you will only find 1 apartment which offers more privacy and comfort.
