We were stuck with on street parking and that was frustrating. They need to get better control of their parking lots for guests only. The staff was super friendly. "

"I had made a reservation online and wasn't able to check in until late. When I checked in they told me that they had given away my room because they were first come first serve. They were able to get me in a different room. There was no remote for the TV."
