"The room and the hotel was great. It was like staying in a hotel in the 1800s but with modern comforts. Shops and restaurants within walking distance was nice. There were some homeless in the area and one of them was getting aggressive with us. Thankfully there were cops walking around and they came to our aid. So thankful for that."

"Homeless take over .. not safe for traveling alone . ..kids or in general. Paid for a double room..was missing a couch or recliner .. just a bug emptied space infront of the Air conditioner/heater n widow area .. like it wss still being in the **remodeling * process .. staff wss nice ..but didnt care about the homeless all over the property "

"The hotel states to do a light touch everyday. Our room was cleaned the first day but not the rest. We talked to the front desk on Friday morning and we were assured the room will be cleaned that day. It wasn"t. We talked again in the evening and the told us it would be cleaned on Saturday. Obly when we complained on Saturday evening that the room hadn"t been cleaned for 4 days, the recepcionist sent a maid to collect trash and gave us fresh towels. Finally on Sunday the room got the light...
