"The house needs a lot of work, peeling paint , cracks in woodwork, mold at bottom of living room window, and light bulbs out everywhere. There is a very strong mildew odor. Host has 2 dehumidifiers running constantly which indicates a lot of moisture. It is a charming house that needs a major makeover."

"This was our 2nd time staying here. Michael is terrific to deal with and the house is very clean. It was perfect for our stay while visiting family...and it's great to be able to travel with our fur baby. Even if you don't have pets, it's a great house. There was no sign of pet hair or smell anywhere. "

"Nathan is a great host. He makes sure your stay will be comfortable. My husband and I stayed two nights in July and it was really hot. The air wasn’t quite cooling enough so Nathan bought a floor air unit. It was perfectly comfy then. The view from the deck here is gorgeous and we enjoyed watching his animals and drinking coffee there in the morning."

"After staying for several weeks, we can say with confidence that our host, Kelsey, and the Bluegrass Barbie house exceeded our expectations! Kelsey was so friendly and made our experience an easy one. She was accessible to us, very responsive, and accommodating throughout our stay. She made the process seamless. The home has great curb appeal and is located in a nice neighborhood where we felt very safe. We felt welcomed when we walked in the door. Inside, the home was very clean throughout...
