"One of the stuff a lady she didn’t help me when I ask for help and didn’t give me a solution it was a old lady she is terrible, also the bathroom smells really bad when you turn on the water, also the bed sheets was dirty ."

"Room seem like it was cleaned in a hurry. Roaches dead around the room table and flooors were nasty. Refrigerator had food from the previous people. This hotel said it would have room for 5. The full size beds barely fit my three kids. As we entered the room it had a very old dingy smell. Since we booked 3rd party the people who run the hotels don’t want to help you at all they are rude and unresponsive. Drains didn’t have plugs. We had to go down to a store for cleansers and clean the room."

"Terrible service. They showed us 3 different rooms and all were completely dirty. First room was littered with cigarettes , second room hasn’t even been cleaned yet and had beer cans, stained bed with sheets on the floor and trash. Third room was filled with bugs. If you need to find a “lady of the night” there was plenty women standing out front asking for a “good time”. Lots of second 8 people and housing. Unsafe for anyone"

"It seems to be privately/family owned in a warehous/industrial kind of area. Not far from popular sites. We stayed two nights and we're primarily there for sleep. Room was clean, albeit a bit musty smelling. Beds were decent, fixtures and things needed a bit of touch ups inside the room. For the price paid, it was a decent stay. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We accidentally left a duffle bag behind and they were very quick to give us a call and held onto it in the office until we got...

"This is not a 3 start Hotel. They don’t clean your room while you are there does not matter how many days. No new towels or toilet papers if you don’t ask or go get it… a lot of bugs"

"I knew I wouldn’t be getting much given the area and price I paid but this place was the worst. There was blood on the restroom door, food splatter on the walls, dirty toilet, and holes in the door. We spoke with the front desk who admitted being short staffed and not having good help for cleaning. When we asked about switching rooms she said they were all the same. We left and stayed somewhere else. There’s no telling what other hazards are there. "

"This property is thoughtfully laid out and great for a large group or family. It's clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The four rooms are large, with plenty of beds. Loved the kitchen layout. It's close to all the great attractions in downtown San Antonio. Any questions I had were always answered in a timely manner by the staff. Would definitely stay here again if the occasion arises. It had everything we needed for a home away from home."
