"A lovely property that has been recently renovated to provide a modern, but cosy base for exploring Skipton and the Yorkshire Dales. The fire and excellent heating system ensured the property was warm and welcoming even with very cold days. Only single drawback is the busy road on the doorstep, but we were aware of this before arriving and the noise was not as bad as some had commented."

Great location with a short walk into the centre. Communication and check in details as provided by Nick were excellent. The property was well equipped and comfortable. "A truly spectacular property in very good condition, with everything you could need. Scrupulously clean. Well equipped kitchen which was a joy to cook in. Lots of comfy places to curl up with a book or join in family games. The pool is gorgeous. The only setback for us was that the house is very isolated and there was nothing (apart from spectacular walks and views) for miles around, so every trip or meal out for our group of 11 meant 3 people did a lot of driving, on top of long journeys to...

"Very welcoming. Nice touch with the provisions and card. Very clean and spacious rooms. Excellent shower, well equipped kitchen, including dishwasher (and tablets)Located at the top of a very steep hill, so may not be suitable for all. Just a short walk to town centre. Spar and chippy 2 minutes away. Only criticism is that one of the double mattresses sunk in the middle. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, and would certainly consider coming back again."
