"Hotel room was lovely and clean and service. Overall good ! If only pick at the safety of our room for children in the mezzanine room. The stairs had rope as decoration but not secure enough to use as a handrail and upstairs where the children’s room the window didn’t lock !! "when i arrived it was quite late which i made them aware of in the early part of the day. There was a lady in the office that was very unhelpful. In going up to my room i opened the door to a hot box- windows and doors shut and no air conditioner on- they knew i would be arriving. I spent the whole night trying to sleep in heat- it was awful. I had no one to show me how the air conditioner works either. i left after one night could not stay "

"We have had a wonderful stay at Canale Hotel and Suites. The customer service is outstanding. We took advantage of being collected from the airport and enjoyed a welcome drink on our arrival at the hotel. All of the staff were superb, considerate and looked after us so well. The breakfasts were delicious, and a wide range of Kefalonian dishes were offered. Our room was spacious, extremely well equipped and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a superb view."

"Amazing. The hosts were super kind and helpful since we arrived to the property. "I had a one night stay in Argostoli as part of a longer trip. The Alley Hotel was absolutely adorable. The staff was friendly and patient. The rooms are so unique and I enjoyed the atmosphere. The breakfast was DELICIOUS. The fresh baked veggies were my favorite part. The Greeks know how to cook eggplant! All in all I was very pleased with my stay and experience. I would stay here again. "

"The hotel is beautifully decorated, had very spacious and the bed was also very comfy. The staff is super kind and helpful, from breakfast staff to cleaning services. The 2 receptionists, Savina and Kostantina were absolute angels and helped me sort out how to get around the island, what to see, where to go and arranged car rental, boat trips and anything else I needed. Couldn't recommend more, my stay was fabulous!"
