Macdonald Old England Hotel & Spa
"Our room (325, King bed with lake view) was clean, spacious and comfortable. Hotel location is excellent, a couple minutes walk to the ferries, good restaurants, shops and even the Victoria Wood theater (fun show!). The staff was courteous and unobtrusive. The breakfast was plentiful - and “unhurried” ..."

Paradise in the Lake District.
"This property has everything you will need for your holiday. The area is so beautiful and the access to a shared pool is an added bonus. The hosts are helpful and responsive. The rooms are small and the bed is very comfortable. The duvet was perfect and warm. I agree with other reviews that the apartment ..."

Luxury pine log cabin positioned within the mountains of the Lake District
"The cabin was lovely. For the 6 of us it was snug, but we managed fine. Location was great, right in the perfect area for us. Facilities at the site were good, the kids loved the pool."

Lonsdale House Boutique Apartments
"We liked the space that the apartment had and the location of the property. The apartment was very quiet and had all the amenities we needed including the kitchen area. We also liked the garden at the back of the property. We will book again when we come back to Ulverston."
