"Excellent customer care and service. Only had a bad experience with strong urine odor in carpet between our beds. "Was not aware until we arrived that we had to park across the street in the airport parking where we had to pay to park. We would have done some things before arriving at the hotel but didn't leave due to would have had to pay again to get back into park our car."
