Spectacular panoramic views from this luxury condo on the 17th floor. Superb designer furnishings, artwork and luxury fittings in the latest Ritz Carlton development with Ritz quality facilities and amenities. This 2 bedroom (plus den), 2.5 bathroom unit has 180 degree views of the Atlantic Ocean, Palm Beach and the Intercoastal waterway. This spacious condo has a gourmet kitchen opening into a great room encompassing living and dining areas with a 70' 4k tv/dvd/cd/, den with tv and convertible sofa. The master suite has direct ocean views from your king bed, 65' flatscreen tv, luxurious master bath with 2 vanities, large jacuzzi and walk in robe. The luxurious second bedroom suite has a queen bed, views of the intercosatal waterway, full bath and walk in robe. The condo also features 9'4' cieling heights, a maytag laundry room, marble and glass tile floors, granite countertops and Bosch and sub-zero appliances.


All the living spaces have wonderful water views and the great room, den and master bedroom have access to a large deck/balcony with southern exposure. The condo includes 1 underground garage space with direct elevator access to the apartment floor.
The Ritz Carlton Residences at Singer Island is a brand new development with award winning accolades and fantastic amenities- including 2 pools, one an infinity pool on the beach and a second larger pool, several spa pools, on-site restaurant, 2 private movie theaters (available to you at no cost), 2 fully equiped state of the art fitness centers (excellent), 2 social rooms with pool tables, concierge service and tennis courts adjacent.
Singer Island is located just minutes from famous Palm Beach, the Gardens Mall, Downtown at the Gardens, Palm Beach Zoo, Planetarium, lots of fantastic shopping, restaurants and golf courses. Within easy walking distance of the condo there are several restaurants, a bagel shop, ice cream store, pizza parlor and convenience store. The Ritz Carlton on Singer is only 15 minutes from the West Palm Beach international airport.
All in all the condo represents a unique opportunity to combine a completely relaxing beach vacation- palm trees, beach walks, sand castles, sitting by the pool with a long drink -with great sports facilities, shopping, restaurants and nightlife. We love it and think you will too.

Beautiful Property!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property!! The concierge at the Residences was wonderful. The amenities were top notch from the pools to the beach and gym. The condo was gorgeous - stunning views, clean and decorated beautifully. Highly recommend!

Excellent property

Extremely clean, well kept and equipped property with Ritz Carlton level service. Great pools, private beach, and large comfortable balcony with great views South, East and West. Would highly recommend this property and hosts.

The Best Birthday Ever

I had the best stay!!! From the moment i entered the property. As you enter the lobby, you are greeted with an amazing smell and fabulous concierge. Being on the 24th floor with great views, superb interior design couldn't get better and the entire staff were super friendly. I came to celebrate my birthday, Carolyn and Greg made my birthday!! This was like a home away from home. I will definitely go back. Thank you Carolyn and Greg for making my birthday.

Amazing property and unit

Carolyn and Greg are amazing. This property offers an amazing opportunity to stay in a VERY NICE condo within a top notch facility. The staff were friendly, place was spotless and the amenities were amazing. The two pools are gorgeous and offer two different experiences, one beach view and one more palm trees and spa like. The Grill is nice for lunch and drinks poolside. The beach service with chairs is also super convenient with amazing staff. We saw a mother turtle lay eggs and two nests hatch!! My kids had the experience of a lifetime. We are already trying to book again.

Ritz Palm Beach

Phenomenal property with amazing views of the Atlantic and the bay. We had an absolutely amazing time. We had the best view of July 4th fireworks from our balcony. The Apt was super clean with modern decor and fully equipped. The amenities - gym, Private beach and pool were great. It was not very busy which was great during COVID. Always had front row at the beach and do not have to wait to get the right chairs. We had a wonderful two weeks and would love to go back

Amazing Luxury Property

My wife and i were extremely pleased with this first class property and the amazing views from the 17th floor. The unit was beautifully decorated, organized, well equipped and extremely clean. The owners are wonderful people and very accommodating. The Ritz staff were very helpful and the grounds are very safe and secure. We will definitely be back again!

Wonderful Location, Views, and Accomodations

This luxury Condo on Singer Island does not disappoint. The condo is well appointed, and meticulously kept. Great views of the ocean and inner coastal. The property has a beautiful private beach, two pools and hot tubs. It also has an onsite restaurant, as well as other establishments in short walking distance. The Ritz staff are extremely helpful and the owners were genuinely interested in ensuring our family had a great experience for the entire stay. We look forward to coming back here again, and again!

Excellent property - 2 great pools and right in the beach. Gym and other amenities are first rate and the staff is extremely friendly. Our unit, 1705b, had great views, was extremely, well appointed and the owners could not have been more gracious hosts. Highly recommended.

Everything about our stay at Greg & Carolyn’s condo was amazing! The location is top notch, it is well appointed & clean. You have use of the well equipped gym, 2 heated pools and a restaurant. It was so amazing, we extended our trip a few extra days. They were very receptive with any questions we had. HIGHLY recommend staying here.

Greg and Carolyn‘s condo was a wonderful retreat for us. The staff provided by Ritz Carlton is marvelous, the food in the grill was great and the pools are awesome. Greg and Carolyn are wonderful caring hosts, and due to them we really enjoyed our stay. Do yourself a favor, and rent this place for an extended period

Perfect getaway in a gorgeous ocean view condo!

My mom and I took a mother-daughter trip to Palm Beach and all I wanted was a gorgeous view of the ocean. This was by far THE best view I have ever experienced on any vacation I’ve been on! It doesn’t get better than this. Not only is the view incredible, the condo is immaculate and beautifully decorated with all the comforts of home. We enjoyed cooking a few meals in the well-appointed kitchen and the beds were very comfortable. It felt like home and I definitely felt relaxed as soon as I arrived. Carolyn and Greg are 5 star hosts. She checked on me throughout the stay and was very quick to reply with any questions I had. The staff at the Ritz was second to none. I am already planning my return to stay in my new “home away from home”. Loved every minute. Thank you, Carolyn and Greg.

This Condo is second to none.

We recently enjoyed our fifth visit at the gorgeous condo of Greg and Carolyn Shaw. It is beautifully decorated and meticulously maintained. The fully equipped kitchen is super convenient and luxurious. The beds are extremely comfortable and the rooms are very spacious. The views overlooking the ocean front and Intracoastal Waterway are spectacular. Amenities include a large deck side pool, an oceanfront lagoon pool, two whirlpools, a poolside restaurant grille and a state of the art fitness center. The property has its own beautiful private beach. There is a 24 hour concierge service available and ample parking. Located between Palm Beach and Palm Beach Gardens you’ll find many 5 star restaurants and 1st class shopping. The Ritz staff members are extremely polite and very attentive. Finally we must acknowledge that Greg and Carolyn Shaw are great hosts and very attentive and responsive to your needs. Again, we were extremely happy with this fabulous 5 star condo and look forward to our next visit. Don and Cathy – Chicago
