"We knew it would be a good stay after being in the office for 30 seconds. This is truly a small mom&pop motel, the owner was very helpful and inviting while we checked in. You could tell she cared about the property. She even informed us they do a small campfire with smores in the evening. "It was ok and staff and view were very nice . Room was clean. Pool not open, one lamps was broken as was clock with all the outlets, so outlets were sparse. It was clean but area in front of water could’ve been better maintained, compared to nearby properties. Breakfast was sorely lacking. Probably won’t stay here again."

"This was a great location right on Lake Huron with a view of Mackinac Island. We enjoyed opening our blinds each morning to be welcomed by the view. The staff and amenities were wonderful as well. They also had a great breakfast spread."
