This new construction, beautiful townhouse features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and sleeps 10 across two king beds, one queen bed, and twin XL-over-queen bunk bed with a twin XL trundle. It features hardwood flooring, a private patio with a hot tub, and gorgeous views of surrounding mountains.
Inside, the living room boasts modern furnishings, a gas fireplace, and hardwood floors, making it the perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring the area. The rooms are filled with natural light thanks to the large windows, and there is a Smart TV for your entertainment mounted above the gas fireplace. The kitchen is also stunning, with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar with plenty of counter space. The open-concept design allows for easy entertaining, with a breakfast bar that seats four and a dining table that seats eight. There is additional seating for two more at the sofa table. The private patio off the living area is perfect for enjoying the beautiful Colorado weather and is equipped with outdoor seating.
There are three bedrooms on the third floor and one on the entry level of this home. The primary bedroom is located on the third floor and has a king bed, lots of windows with natural light, modern furniture, a Smart TV and a walk-in closet. The en suite bathroom has a large walk-in shower, double sinks, and quartz countertops. The second bedroom features a king bed with a closet, lots of natural light and mountain views.
