Unit 102’s 2 bedroom/1 bath layout features an open kitchen with beautiful granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and ceramic-timber flooring throughout. With a King Master Bed, Two Twins in the second bedroom and a comfortable Queen Sofa Sleeper in the living room, this unit will accommodate up to 6 people. It’s turn-key ready with amenities like Smart TVs in each room, Free Wi-Fi Internet, a DVD player and a Cappuccino/Espresso Maker. The Siesta Key Breeze Trolley stop is just outside your back door with free access to The Siesta Key Village (Dining, Shopping and Fun) and the southern Village and Midnight Pass Beach, as well. Awesome office ladies

The office ladies are from Ohio at least one is. They are super friendly and welcoming. There was a hurricane while we were there and they were willing to switch us floors with no other key except for cleaning. The condos have everything you could think of in a in the pool is very nice and definitely warm. They also allow you to swim a little at night. Most places shut down. I would definitely stay here again. They have everything you would need for the beach on the patio and are directly across from siesta. I visit Florida yearly and the ladies in the office are the nicest I’ve ran across in the last 10 years.

Siesta Vacation

We enjoyed the Siesta Key condo we stayed in. It was right across the street from the beach which was both convenient but busy. The room itself could use a little updating but overall it was comfortable and had everything we needed. There were two cons to the property... one was that they don't allow golf carts and that was a huge bummer for my family, and the other thing was the beach chairs and umbrellas were ripped, broken or overused. Aside from that it was a good place to stay.

Really loved the ease and accessibility of the apartment to the beach. We loved spending all day at the beach and then going back to our place to make dinner and crash.

Great Location

Everything was as advertised. Perfect location and no complaints except I would have more than 1 roll of TP and 1 garbage bag for an 8 night stay. I purchased and left extra TP, garbage bags, dish soap and paper towels for next guest. I would definitely recommend this place.

I really enjoyed our stay!

The apartment was very clean, the kitchen had everything I need. I loved to stayed at the first floor because it was easier for us to carried the groceries from the car to the apartment.The beach was beautiful as always.

Great stay during busy season!

Overall, the condo was nice, as advertised, and check in / check out process was seamless. The walls were paper thin, and constantly bombarded by large groups above us. It was spring break though. Location was great, easy access to beach. Shuttles and busses were hit and miss, ended up walking to the Village quite often which is about a 20 minute walk. Beach accessories were awesome and glad to have them. Some hanging hooks for towels would benefit the condo. Having more than 2 sets of keys would also be nice to have. Family had a great time though! Thanks!!

Great Location

We have been to Siesta Key 3 times and have stayed at 3 different places. This is by far our favorite unit. Great location to the beach and SK Village. First floor was ideal for us. The Unit had everything we needed including beach chairs and umbrella. We are from Washington State and at the mercy of air travel, so this was awesome!! My husband and I were traveling with our 2 adults children and we had plenty of room. We will definitely be back!!!

Satisfied in Siesta Keys

This condo delivers. It is clean, cozy, and right across the street from the Siesta Keys beach. You will not be disappointed with this rental property. The complex offers many amenities, reserved parking during your stay, and great location to spend time in Siesta Key village.

Great location

Overall the condo was wonderful. The main beach entrance was directly across from the place and close enough to the village to walk. The kitchen, bathroom, and floors were nicely updated. I would recommend they update the comforters on the beds as they were stained or had tears in them. The bedroom furniture was pretty out dated, but could be over looked if the bedding was in better condition. Again, beautiful place and thank you for letting us stay.

Beautiful condo in a gorgeous location!

My husband and I, along with our 3 young children and my mother, stayed in unit A102 for a week and we had the most perfect vacation! This condo is Gorgeously updated and had all the basics we needed for the week, including beach chairs, patio chairs, and sand toys. It comfortably fit all 6 of us. I’d guess it’s between 850-900 square feet. There is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.. and if I have to say one negative thing, it would be about that. The pull out bed seemed to somewhat fold on you when laying on it, so my mom ended up sleeping sideways on it. It did not lay straight and flat when pulled out. The master bedroom has a king bed which was pretty comfortable and plenty of room for a pack and play. The guest bedroom has 2 twins, which was definitely a bonus so our boys didn’t have to share a bed! Both of the rooms have TVs too. Bathroom is small, but who spends much time in a bathroom anyways! Only a walk in shower- no tub. So we ended up bathing our kids in the kitchen sink becuz it was deep enough to do that. Kitchen is super nice and open with plenty of pans, utensils, etc. we loved having everything we needed to make meals for the week. The garbage disposal wasn’t working by our 2nd day there- but maintenance came and fixed the problem within an hour of bringing it to the office staff’s attention. Dining room table was also perfect, and there were enough chairs to accommodate all of us for a meal at the table! This unit faces siesta key public beach main entrance. It was literally about 50 steps out the patio door to the beach entrance. Beach is so beautiful, exquisitely clean, soft white sand, amazing sunsets, warm ocean water. But it is huge! Be prepared to walk. Playground at the beach was super great too! The Pool was the best part because it is heated so nicely. We had a couple chillier days due to wind, but we were able to enjoy them in the heated pool. There’s a 3-4ft shallow end and a 7ft deep end. We didn’t have any issues with lounge chairs at the pool- seemed like there was always plenty. Overall, we will likely be returning to this condo another year because it has everything a family would need, is well kept, and the amenities and proximity to the beach (and siesta key village which is less than a mile down the road) can’t be beat! Highly recommend La Siesta and unit 102!

Perfection!

My husband, 11 year old daughter and I spent a week here. From the moment we walked in and saw the fabulous modern decor, we were in love! Myself being an artist and my favorite color being "the ocean blues", I was in heaven here. Every detail was very thought out and all of the basic kitchen/bathroom/bedroom supplies were covered beautifully. There were extra supplies in the closets and the coin operated laundry room, one floor up (elevator 3 steps away) worked well, so no need to over pack. The condo was very fresh and clean. Everything worked well and properly. All that we needed were our groceries for the week (and a few toiletries & paper products.) The screened in porch faces the road and gorgeous sunsets. There are comfortable wicker chairs and end table there, along with some beach chairs to use. The location of this condo could not be more perfect...it is DIRECTLY across from the main entrance to Siesta Key Beach. We also must agree with the rest of the visitors who have voted this the BEST beach in the USA! The sand is to die for! The cleanliness is top notch, with a concession stand, bathrooms/showers and gift shop with any beach supplies that you may need. Every Sunday at 5:00 there is a drum circle that gathers on the beach, which is interesting to watch & listen to. You can catch a free Trolley right outside of the condo, which drives by about every half hour until 9:00pm. Other free rides are available, but expect to tip well. Siesta Key Village is beautiful and fun, many restaurants/bars and great shopping (including a full grocery store.) If you like Rum, try the locally made Siesta Key "Toasted Coconut Rum"...yum! Five Star Pizza gets your order to you faster than any other pizza joint that we have ever used. As far as our experience with the owner and La Siesta crew, they were all SUPER to deal with from the get go. We arrived late and the obtaining the key process was a breeze. Make sure the staff has your cell phone number. Rosa was especially helpful and answered all of my many questions. The grounds are well kept and the pool is very clean and heated, which was nice for us, as we were there on a chilly week (mid January.) My family and I would highly recommend this specific condo and hope to re-visit it again someday soon! P.S. The ONLY thing that bothered our child a bit was that we could hear the people above us as they pulled their chairs in and out (if you are sensitive to that type of thing)

Perfect!!

This was the perfect place for my husband and me for a week at the beach. The location to the beach could not have been better. It is also perfectly situated near plenty of dining options and markets. The unit itself is just lovely. The decor and upgrades are great. It was neat and clean and had all the amenities we needed. We appreciated having the beach chairs and enjoyed a quiet breakfast every morning on the screened porch. Although we didn't use it the second bedroom, it would be perfect for a family with kids. Highly recommend and would not even look for another place to stay if I came back. I would stay there again without a doubt.
