Enjoy this darling 1-Bed, 1-Bath condo, located just half a block from the powdery white sand of the world-famous Siesta Key Beach! With a lovely open floor plan, this little home offers a wonderful décor, a kitchenette, living room with a sleeper sofa and a bedroom with a king size bed. Relax by the pool under the warm island sun, or take the quick stroll into the Siesta Key Village for the many great shops and restaurants the island has to offer. Walk down the Sunset beach to take in the stunning views and spectacular sun sets. If you feel like venturing off the island, Siesta Key is located just 20 minutes from Sarasota International Airport and just minutes from the downtown area of Sarasota and all it has to offer. Sarasota is the Cultural Gem of the Gulf Coast. It offers numerous galleries, theaters, and some of the finest restaurants in the world. You will not be bored with this location. The list of activities is nearly endless as you can spice up your vacation with bike, kayak, or boat rental for your entertainment. This unit is sure to be a lovely Gulf Holiday for you and your family that will have you returning year after year!

Nice location - New Unit

Nice location and renovation were great. However, we were delayed an hour - had to wait for maintenance to repair plumbing. Didn't get in until 5pm. Then when we went to leave the door code didn't work. After hours service was doing their best but we missed our dinner reservations because we couldn't leave. We were finally provided a different code that worked. Overall, after that first "bumpy" day - it was great!Thank you!

Everything was great…. The bed needs a new mattress and the couch was uncomfortable! The place was perfectly located and we would stay at Gulf Holiday again.

Enjoyed it a lot, great location. Condo was comfy,area was quiet

Perfect location! Close walk to the beach as well as the restaraunts & shopping. It was quiet , great if there are just the two of you. Bathroom was a bit small but ok. Great having a king bed. Didn’t realize we were going to be charged extra fees until we arrived at the management company , that was a surprise, will find out about that if we choose to go through them again

Amazing location to beach and village! Perfect size pool and modern updates inside unit.

Half a block is right! We could walk up from our spot on the beach to get supplies or use the facilities very quickly. Once we parked our car, we didn’t need it the rest of the time. Everything is walking distance in the village.

Nice pool area. Great location. No HD TV. Furniture seemed in need of cleaning. Air conditioner in bedroom but not in living space.
