Très bien situé tout est inclus dans l’appartement le logement etait propre malgré 3 cafards qu’on n’a trouvé a l’arrivée dans dans les salles de bain. A par ça grand appartement grande chambre très bien situé de la plage et des petits commerces autour. Cuisine tout équipée c’était vraiment très agréable.

Lots of space! Enjoyed our stay. Everything was there for a day at the beach. Appreciated the use of the wagon as siesta key beach is wide and that helped bring all our items with ease.

Great location to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Having a pool was awesome! Clean place with lots of ¨extras¨ provided: towels, beach chairs, beach items, etc. We really enjoyed our stay there and will be back! It was amazing!

Clean and quiet. Great location to public beach access #13 and restaurants. Master bed was not very comfortable, slept on couch a night instead. Easy checkin and out; enjoyed the beach chairs and wagon to transport to beach.

Great place to stay. Very clean and had everything we needed to cook, and a great variety of beach equipment. Close to all the night life so we never had to drive anywhere. The beach is a close walk across the street.

Property had well stocked kitchen dishes and glassware and cookware. The property matched the description online. We would definitely stay here again, although it was expensive compared to others we considered.

You can walk to the beach across the street . You access it through a private walk from other hotels but no one ever told me Anything about using it , although there are signs everywhere to not use that path. The house has everything you need for the beach , towels, chairs, cart to carry it all, toys . Kitchen fully equipped. The couch on the living room turns into a full bed. It has aloe Vera spray for our sun burns, which I appreciated. My only complaint was there wasn’t a bathroom fan in any of the bathrooms. Beds and pillows were confortable and everything was clean and smelling of fresh detergent.

The condo has more amenities supplied than we could ever imagine. Tons of beach items, even a high chair seat and pack n play for the toddler. Extra blankets and pillows if needed. The outside grill works great and the screen room was perfect to allow the grandkids to go outside sort their shell find.

This condo was across the street from the beach. We walked everywhere. The condo was clean, quiet, peaceful. The pool was clean. The beds were comfortable. The only problem we had was the key pad was a little difficult to get open. The owner's directions were excellent.

Great trip. Nice beach to catch some waves. Disappointed that the pool was closed. We ate at some good restaurants. Accommodations met our needs. It was well stocked with everything you need. Great location.

Perfect location for the beach

Grounds were kept very clean condo was clean beach chairs were a little old but served the purpose and the coffee pot needed to be cleaned kitchen was fully stocked and had everything for our needs. Would definitely stay again. Our host Donna was remarkable.

Siesta Key-Crescent Beach area

The home interior was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen contained everything needed to make stay enjoyable. I liked the location close to Crescent Beach access. I would stay there again. The only issue the internet access was not great, I used my hotspot. The owner was responsive to my request.

This was our first trip to Sarasota. Our accommodations were perfect. The condo was ideal for the 3 of us. Our daughter loved the pool and we all loved the closeness of the beach. The free trolley at the end of the driveway gave us a chance to sit back and enjoy the sights. Stores and restaurants are close by.I called Donna twice just for some information- my calls were promptly returned. We’d love to return.

Nice Location!

We stayed during the spring break season and had a nice time. Cozy condo overall, however we had a few critters during our stay. Nice heated pool, and condo was close to the beach! The condo had everything we needed, enjoyed the screened Lanai also.

Very Satisfied with our stay. It was just me and my bestie for the trip. Plenty of space, well stocked with supplies. Loved being on the ground floor, very convenient for over packers like us. A few things that in no way effected our thoughts on the condo but i would like to suggest. Kitchen-could use a blender. Had everything else and thankfully i brought mine. Fridge/freezer smelled of crab legs/fish or some type seafood. Baking soda was in there but not helping. It could of been from whoever checked out before us. Front bedroom could use curtains over those blinds. Even with them closed so much light came in at night. Housekeeping needs to do better about cleaning under beds. I found socks, papers, water bottle under the front bedroom bed as I was packing up and checking for dropped items. We only used that room for our clothing so it was there prior. Patio are is nice as well. Plenty of beach supplies if needed, we had our own. Air works great in this unit! Definitely would rent this unit again because of space and convenience!

Property is in great location- close to beach, restaurants and a short trolley to SK village for more night life. Owner quick to respond to request for early arrival.
