    Esta hermosa unidad fue renovada. Hay baldosas de porcelana en las áreas comunes, sala de estar, comedor, cocina y pasillo. Todas las encimeras se hacen en granito. Las dos duchas están embaldosadas hasta el techo, tienen estantes esquineros y puertas sin marco con barras de agarre. La ducha principal también tiene un asiento de ducha. Ambas habitaciones están alfombradas. El salón tiene un sofá de cuero, un sill��n de dos plazas y un sillón reclinable donde se puede ver la hermosa playa y el golfo. También hay un muro espejado en el área de la sala de estar que dibuja un reflejo de esta vista espectacular. La cocina está bien equipada con pequeños y grandes electrodomésticos. El gabinete tiene cajones de cierre suave y estantes de extracción. La mesa de comedor tiene capacidad para 4 con una barra de bar con capacidad para 2 adicionales. Hay sillas adicionales y un banco disponible para acomodar asientos adicionales. El balcón tiene una mesa con 4 sillas y 2 tumbonas chaise. Debido a la exposición al sur, el sol brilla en su terraza privada hasta altas horas de la tarde. Hay una gran terraza con sillas y mesas y sillas que se encuentran a solo unos pasos de distancia de este apartamento. The condo was very clean and updated and had everything we needed (so much so that my wife was afraid she was going to have to cook. Lol!) We were especially pleased with the fact that after being there a week, the maids came in and changed our bedding and brushed up the place. That was very much appreciated.

Reviewer Comments: All good as usual in the HOS , but, since the chairs and umbrellas became a business ,and the tents were banned not so friendly out there anymore . Forgetting your “chair pass” can make the umbrella police not happy. Summers are getting hotter and the tents make a difference , this should be reviewed , maybe enforce take down before sunset , or any other thing , but banning them and charging for the umbrellas , not cool

Three were excellent. The 4th seemed to have an installer (dishwasher) or maintenance man there every day. Very disruptive. Needs some things tho, the kitchen could use some new skillets and such, musty smell in the hallway near the back bedroom. The condo is nice but ready for some updates, way too much furniture that's not used or needed. We only had access to the balcony for Monday, it was being repainted and the one day job took all week.We were aware the painting we going to be done that week but man they are very slow. Over all we were very happy and will stay again with you.

It was very clean and had everything we could want. it was within walking distance to a lot of nice restaurants and the grocery. We did rent a car but did not have to use it very much. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 5th floor hugely spacious condo directly on beach. Sun loungers provided on beach which not all properties offer. Big plus is the distance to the water across the sand. A shorter walk to the water makes beach set up easier. Dining and shops across the street from condo you can easily walk to. Completely secured building even to use elevators.
