    ¡Sabrás que estás de vacaciones pero con todas las comodidades del hogar! Disfrute de esta unidad bellamente actualizada de Gulf View que ofrece una decoración costera atractiva en todo momento. Esta unidad acaba de tener una renovación importante que incluye un nuevo plano de planta abierto con una sala de estar ampliada y una cocina más amplia. Encontrará nuevas encimeras de granito en la cocina y los baños, todos los pisos nuevos con azulejos neutros en todas las áreas comunes y alfombras nuevas en las dos habitaciones. Ambos baños tienen hermosos revestimientos de azulejos (principal con plato de ducha y sala de baño con bañera / ducha con puerta de vidrio). Pleasantly surprised!

We were so excited to see the new sofa, huge TV, and patio furniture! We LOVED #308 It felt like home. The location is superb. The pool was crystal clear, & the beach was breathtaking. We would love to book again! We wrote in the memory book as well.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the condo. Everything is updated and well maintained. My only complaint is regarding the beach chairs. I feel like if the condo sleeps 4 and we have stated 4 of us are staying there- we should be allowed to have 4 chairs in a row together on the beach. Not 2 of a certain color, then 2 more that we have to carry ourselves. Also we had friends staying across the hall from us. We were told we could not move our chairs to sit in a group with them.

Was a struggle to get them to work and heard several others grunting when trying to get in as well. Other than that its a great place and will go again someday!

Our main complaint is that the area rug and sofas could benefit from a good cleaning. The kitchen had everything you need except maybe a large coffee maker. (To be fair it has a four cup coffee maker and a Keurig but a larger one would have been helpful with 4 adults occupying the condo). The main space is pretty large and has plenty of seating (it is set up differently than pictured). The view wasn't so great but it was convenient to the beach and some local restaurants.

Siesta Key Beach

Great Beach, not crowded at all this time of year. Condo was perfect for my wife and our friend. Easy access to the beach, usually had the pool to ourselves.

Great location t near amenities but most importantly the best beach & pristine white sand.

The condo has all that you need for a perfect getaway! The decor is beachy and has all the modern conveniences for your stay. Close proximity to restaurants and nightlife as well as access to resort transportation to the Village. Walking distance to all that you need or access to public (free) transportation. Property has something for all ages: game room, tennis courts, private beach and rooftop patio with amazing views for sunset.

Nice stay

Property was nice. Umbrella rental was annoying for the price and the fact that you could not bring your own. Support for minor repairs in unit was excellent. Check out was tough waiting on elevator and sharing with housekeeping trying to turnover all the rooms. Overall great week:)
