  • Esta unidad del lado del golfo tiene un montón de pizazz !! La unidad cuenta con azulejos nuevos en la cocina y sala de estar y una cocina actualizada con encimeras de granito. Esta unidad cuenta con un comedor con capacidad para 4 personas, una cama King y 2 camas individuales que cuentan con ropa de cama blanca y un toque de color con almohadas decorativas. Disfrute de la televisión en la sala de estar y en los dos dormitorios, un reproductor de DVD y un reproductor de CD en la sala de estar, una videograbadora en el dormitorio principal. Disfrute del hermoso clima sentado en su balcón y escuchando los calmantes sonidos del Golfo después de un día bajo el sol.

Sunshine and long beach walks

We really enjoyed our stay on Siesta Key. The weather was great so we were able to get in daily walks on the beach. The location was great as there are several restaurants nearby. The free Trolley will take you to the north side of the island for more shopping and restaurant choices.

Perfect for our family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I will not comment on decor, as we knew what the condo looked like before renting. The condo was clean and had all the necessary appointments needed for a wonderful beach vacation! We had our two teenage boys with us, and found the condo to be conveniently located to everything. The beach is large and less crowded than other properties. We appreciated the security and size of the building. We enjoyed the spacious deck on the 5th floor for sunset viewing and even took in a game of family ping pong in the room by the pool. It was nice having 2 chairs available to us on the beach, but follow the rules if you need some extra (LOL). The chair guy takes his job seriously. Thank you again for one of the best beach vacations we have ever taken!

Comes with extra beach chairs and plenty of cookware etc. Only con was no smart tvs and they were very small. Also we rented mopeds for a 24 hour period and told we were not permitted to park them on property!

Very convenient location to restaurants, shopping and bars. My family has stayed in this unit many times and has always been very satisfied. The units furnishings are very homey, the bathrooms are updated and the beds were very comfortable. The office staff is very friendly and accommodating.

June 2016 Stay

Another wonderful week at the House of the Sun. The condo was well maintained and kids loved the pool area. The beach as always was terrific. The staff were professional and courteous. Thanks we will be back again next year!
