La playa de Siesta Key se ha hecho mundialmente conocida por sus increíbles kilómetros de playas de arena blanca y suave y su atmósfera tipo pueblo pequeño. Esta propiedad se encuentra dentro de una comunidad situada en estas mismas playas. La comunidad ofrece acceso a la playa a una playa semiprivada menos concurrida, piscina, tejo y parrillas estilo campamento. Con una ubicación tan céntrica, Siesta Key Village y South Village están a solo unos minutos en automóvil utilizando el servicio de transporte gratuito a la isla o los servicios de transporte gratuitos (solo propinas) disponibles en la isla.

Al entrar por la puerta principal, llegará a la sala de estar amueblada con cómodos sillones, TV y un juego de comedor. Moviéndose hacia la parte trasera de la unidad, tiene un baño y medio, ideal para entrar desde la playa o la piscina y ducharse. En la parte trasera de la unidad encontrará la cocina comedor. La cocina está equipada con un paquete de electrodomésticos de 4 piezas entre otros electrodomésticos pequeños y elementos básicos para cocinar básicos. El acceso al lugar de estacionamiento trasero asignado también es a través de la puerta trasera de la cocina. De vuelta al frente de la unidad, subiendo las escaleras hasta el segundo piso encontrará dos dormitorios y baño completo. Una habitación está amueblada con un juego de dormitorio de matrimonio y equipada con TV. El segundo dormitorio está amueblado con dos camas dobles y está equipado con un televisor. Las dos habitaciones comparten un baño completo con bañera / ducha combinadas.

Requisitos de estadía mínima: se requiere una reserva mínima de 1 semana desde mediados de diciembre hasta mediados de agosto con un mínimo de 5 noches aceptado con un máximo de 30 días de anticipación durante los meses restantes.

The house was very dirty and unsanitary for living. The plumbing wasn’t working. The handles on the cabinets in the kitchen where all off so couldn’t even use those. The washer and dryer machines were missing. And on top of that the door to the closet fell on my foot and gave a a bruise because it wasn’t screwed on. It took the owner to reply to my concerns 3 day!!!! Very unprofessional and unreliable

Mixed Feelings

The beach is great and great location. But... · The construction on the main road in front of the unit was horrible, had we known we would have stayed somewhere else. · Security guard allowed non guests access to the private beach. · The back door was not secure when we arrived. Also the battery on the lock was dead so we had to use the front door even though our parking spot was in the back of the condo. · Backdoor screen door hardware on backwards. Not sure how someone would even do that? · The main laundry room was out of order, just to find out the back up was 1 washer and 1 dryer. · During July 4th celebration on the beach the young kid in charge of the chairs had most of them chained up. He seemed lazy and just didn’t want to pick all of them up afterwards. · Unit instructions are not personable, we would not spend $ 2500.00 and then steal a used fork.

Pros: Excellent location to the beach, easy parking, designated spot in back and can park extra vehicle in front. Beach towels provided. Hot water in showers. Cons: Need new mattresses. They are old and super uncomfortable. They only provide 1 roll of toilet paper in the bathrooms and 1 paper towel for kitchen. Stayed 7 nights and it'd be hospitable if they provide extra. I had to purchase garbage bags, toilet paper, dish cloth, bath soap and dish soap. Floors were swept but not mopped. Small kitchen is overly cluttered with unneccesary items. The weird fabric thingys on fridge handles were gross and dirty, pot holders had crusted food on them. They should be switching these out with clean ones for new guests. The plastic table cover was clean on top but placed over a dirty table so I had to clean kitchen thoroughly in order to have a clean stay. There is a closet downstairs that holds all of the beach and cleaning supplies and it is a big disorganized mess. Items just thrown in haphhazardly. Across the street has several construction projects so expect loud construction noises super early in the morning with lots of traffic from several trucks and large vehicles throughout the day. Had to call to get access code because they never provided it at check-in time. They require you to use their own online portal to check in and out but it is a hassle to use and was never updated to provide door key code to get in. Had to call after-hours phone number to get code to get inside.

Won't stay in this unit again

Property grounds and laundry are fine. Beach access is great. Unit we stayed in itself leaves a lot to be desired. Busted dining room chairs, all but one of the refrigerator door shelves were broken so useless to store condiments in the door. Very outdated decor. Pillows and one bed not at all comfortable. Floors were free of sand but very dirty, our feet turned black walking inside. No beach wagon to use. TV's did not work properly at all. Don't expect to find any leftover shampoo, etc from prior guests. You need to even buy garbage bags

Great until BUGS

We were having a great stay at this basic unit. It was a short walk to the beach and had what we needed. The laundry app wouldn’t work and we didn’t have quarters-be sure to take if you need to wash anything! Then the infestation of bugs came. The guy moved me and 4 kids at 11pm after coming to look at them all. He moved us to place across the street from the beach and only offered to comp that night. I’ve had to had our luggage treated since we still found live termites in our stuff when we got home. The rental car had to be treated too-now they won’t even call me back as they promised. They took a problem that could’ve been solved and hid from it. My pest guy said the type of termite we have pictures and video of is and indication of an active colony in the unit.

Pros: Very clean property. Short walk to gated beach! Easy parking Easy check in / check out Had an issue with the lock and company responded and fixed it within an hour. Cons: Upstairs gets warm at night. Mattresses should be replaced.

Excellent location

The condo was clean and a perfect size for our short stay with all the amenities. We loved the short walking distance to the private beach and access to lounge chairs. Highly recommend this location in Siesta and rental property. Transportation in to the main village is easy and quick, either by trolley or calling the Frog Hop.

Location, location, location

Location is the key with this property; short 3-minute walk to the Siesta/Crescent beaches along a private, access-only walkway.. Unit 310 was very clean but dated and in need of an update. Will comfortably sleep two adult couples or a family of six. Need to include some amenities with this unit. Electric bikes are all the rage and should be an option. Perfect for the 1.6 miles to Siesta Key Village or just exploring the Key.

Loved it, loved it!!!

I have used vrbo for many years. I'm now in love with Siesta Key and this beach house condo. Condo was spotless and beautifully furnished. Super fast response even when we messed up the TV. Enjoyed sitting outside. Never seen a beach like this. Softest sand in the world! Great visit all around. Definitely will be back.
