Very clean condo, directions from Sarasota Airport easy to follow, gated property, has a heated pool, kayaks available, host was easy to get a hold of with questions, within walking distance of Turtle Beach and Turtles restaurant. Looking forward to renting again in the future!

Ideal location and unit for us. A quiet part of Siesta Key yet a short distance from the SK beach and Village entertainment. Great communication throughout our short visit.

This is a wonderful condo! It is updated, clean, spacious, has a brand new pool and is in a quiet area of Siesta Key. Raffie, the owner, was wonderful to work with. Anytime I had a question she would immediately get back to me. She was very accommodating. My husband and I would definitely stay here again.

The host was super responsive and checked in frequently. The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. There is some shared space with the condo above (mainly the grill) which was not an issue for us. The view was amazing and we were able to access the beach just a little ways down the road (we drove, but you could easily walk). We also made use of the kayaks which made for a very enjoyable afternoon. The pool is small but was heated. Overall a great stay!

Cozy and quiet

This property was perfect. What you see in the pictures is what you get. Very quiet and peaceful great views from the private deck. The condo has everything you need very comfortable furniture in the main living area and very good quality bed. Would absolutely recommend this property to anybody looking to stay in the area.

Loved it!

Ive been coming to Sarasota since 1978, and always stayed with family here. This year the house was full so my wife and I needed accommodations. I don’t love congestion, so Siesta Key is not ideal BUT staying at the south end of the island, and on the canal with kayak access, proved to be the way to go! A short paddle to midnight pass gave us a perfect way to beat crowds and traffic when we wanted beach time. The condo was clean and cozy and fit our needs perfectly. We would love to stay here again!

Amazing Anniversary Week

We chose to stay here because of the location, and it did not disappoint! Pictures are exactly as they are in person. Communication with host was phenomenonal! Its at the end of the road only thing further down is a gated commuity. It was quiet, everyone we met was nice and extremely helpful. Perfect condo for one couple, but there is another listing for upstairs unit. You can rent both unit's together. Which would be plenty of room for a big family or a few couples. The kayaks that where included in rental was a great addition. Actually entire garage of beach things you can use. We stayed an entire week and we could have stayed longer for sure. We are an outdoorsy couple, so we love to fish, paddle board and kayak every day with easy access to different bodys of water. Turtle beach was great. Turtles Marina restaurant was FANTASTIC. We just LOVED everything about everything we enjoyed every last minute!
