And right across the street are restaurants, bars, live music, coffee, ice cream, mini donuts, gift shops, and even a grocery store! It's possible to park your car in the space assigned to your unit and not see it again until it's time to check out.

Prefer cooking and eating at home? That's possible too, with a fully-stocked kitchen that will please even the most demanding gourmet cook. It connects to the six-seat dining area with a convenient pass-through window. The living room features comfortable leather furniture, a large flat-screen TV, speakers for amplifying your music, and a DVD/VCR player. The master bedroom has a King bed, and the second bedroom has two double beds. Wi-Fi is complimentary and HBO is included in the extensive channel lineup.

Sea Shell Condominium is a gated complex with 49 units, offering a range of amenities. Beach chairs, loungers, and beach towels are provided for the guests' convenience. The large, heated pool is centrally located behind the office, and there are two grill areas: two gas grills in the new Tiki Hut and two charcoal grills in an outdoor picnic area under the trees. With two elevators and laundry facilities on each floor, everything you need for any stay length is right on the premises.

Our onsite office offers easy check-in and check-out, as well as assistance with visitor information and other needs. Late arrivals are accommodated with after-hours check-in arrangements.
