    Air conditioner is upgraded, regularly cleaned, and maintained, working perfectly and quietly.

    The kitchen is fully stocked with updated glassware, dishes and all your cooking needs.

    A Brita water dispenser keeps drinking water cool and clean for you.

    • We have an air purifier in the master bedroom that serves nicely as background noise if you would like it at night.
    • The plastic glasses and plates can be used at the pool.
    • We have a Brita water dispenser so you can have filtered water during your stay.
    • There is a partition in the master closet that can be used as needed for privacy.
    • A magnifying mirror can be found in the bathroom.
    • There is a clothes iron in the bathroom closet.
    • Our kitchen includes a George Foreman Grill, pizza pans, blender, additional ice trays.

    • There is a hose outside next to the elevator. Please feel free to use it to spray off sand.
    • Grocery carts are available near the elevator area for your use while moving in, or unloading.
    • You are welcome to use the grills in the pool area. Please clean the grill after using it.
    • There is a shower near the pool to help remove sand and lotion when returning from the beach or pool.

We just had a wonderful stay here last week! It was our first time in Florida and we will definitely be back! The host sent detailed instructions on how to check in a few weeks prior to coming. The location was perfect, with the condo being directly across from the main area of Siesta Key Beach. There was a trolley stop right outside of the condo which was very convenient for getting around. So many great food options around and plenty of entertainment. When we come back to Siesta Key this will be our go to place to book!

Our parking spot was occupied.We had to broom and dust pan the place and then vacuum. Otherwise, the stay was good!

Perfect location - right across from Siesta Key Beach plus the trolley stop for going to the Village is right in front of the building. Condo has a lot of amenities including a beach cart with chairs, umbrella, and beach toys. Kitchen is well stocked and unit was very clean. This was our second time coming here - we love it!

We loved the condo and the location. We just walked across the street to the beach any time we wanted. We saw dolphins on our first day and a manatee swam by us on the last day. Everything we needed was close by and we loved using the trolley to get around. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved staying here! Our place was very nice and clean! Loved being across from the public beach and close to the Village. The pool area was really nice. Hosts were great to work with, we will be back!!
