A Brita water dispenser keeps drinking water cool and clean for you.

• We have an air purifier in the master bedroom that serves nicely as background noise if you would like it at night.
• The plastic glasses and plates can be used at the pool.
• We have a Brita water dispenser so you can have filtered water during your stay.
• There is a partition in the master closet that can be used as needed for privacy.
• A magnifying mirror can be found in the bathroom.
• There is a clothes iron in the bathroom closet.

• There is a hose outside next to the elevator. Please feel free to use it to spray off sand.
• Grocery carts are available near the elevator area for your use while moving in, or unloading.
• You are welcome to use the grills in the pool area. Please clean the grill after using it.

Sister vacation

Paradise on the key is just the start. The condo was wonderful and Jerry was available as soon as I text him. The pool was wonderful and very clean. This one bedroom was the perfect fit for us and having a TV in the bedroom was a plus. Only downfall, I thought we had it for 2 days more and the cleaning lady was so understanding while we grabbed everything in such short notice!

Even better than expected!

Large rooms, large smart TVs, king size bed, comfortable furniture, fantastic screened patio with sliding glass too! Best stocked kitchen we've ever had. You won't be disappointed here! We'd stay again in a heartbeat!

I came to see Siesta Key Beach and it was just across the road.

Glad We rented it. I was very comfortable there. Needed a new mattress. The one side sunk in and my husband is a normal size man. Other than that we were very pleased with our accommodations

Relaxing

Very quiet, this time of year. Next visit perhaps we’d stay higher in condo, to have ocean view. First floor nice also. We had the best weather and everywhere we dined had great food! We enjoyed our stay.

This was hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had renting a vacation spot. Jerry’s responsiveness was so quickly always whenever we had a question, we were steps away from The Village with tons of food and bar options, as well as the beach. Highly recommend booking this spot and we already are looking forward to when we book this again and return!

Tropical vacation dream

What a wonderful vacation! We were there during the tropical storm Debbie so we got to really enjoy the condo during the storm. Jerry made everything so easy. He provided all the information needed to check in and out and was available whenever I had questions. The pictures online perfectly represent the unit. Check in was a breeze. The bed was super comfortable. The kitchen is my dream kitchen and made me want to take it home. The location of the unit is perfect in regards to easy beach access which is directly across from a concession stand that sells drinks food and souvenirs, bathrooms and showers, and is super close to downtown. It made for a wonderful trip and we look forward to returning! Thanks Jerry!

Just the two of us at the beach

This Siesta Key condo is very nice. A short walk across the street and you are at the public beach parking lot, just a few steps from the sand. The condo is very clean and well decorated. There is a Lanai in front that looks out to the street, with palm trees waving to you. A covered parking spot near the door keeps your vehicle from cooking in the sun all day. One thing I recommend is replacing the mattress b/c it sinks down in the middle. The pool area looked nice, but the water was extremely warm, which is not what you want when it’s near 90 degrees in July. We did not utilize the pool as we expected to, but that’s OK. We have pools at home. We would stay here again as it is reasonably priced and Siesta Key Village is a lot of fun (just a couple minutes drive). Dave & Yvonne - Indiana

Perfect getaway

Very clean and comfortable condo with convenient access to the public beach (right across the street). We had a party of three but four could stay comfortably. First floor location was nice. Enclosed patio with doors that slide to screens was very relaxing. Nice pool area with lounge chairs, umbrellas, shade, and bathrooms. Would 100% stay again. Price was just right as well, especially for a Holiday weekend.

Disappointing

we were very excited to be finally staying so close to the beach this year we splurged because this had everything we were looking for and always bought once we got to Florida. We left the airport and stopped in to get groceries on our way, when we got to the condo about 9 pm we walked in to find it a complete disaster. It had not been touched since the last person checked out, extremely dirty floors, bedding laying all over, wet towels, bugs, things spilled and things left in the refrigerator. To top it off we could not get the lock box to work right. We tried texting and calling the owner and got no answers. I was in tears and my husband loaded all our suitcases back up and we headed for a hotel. I finally got a call about 9:30 telling me his cleaning company has messed up and they would get it righted as soon as they could in the morning and they would get ahold of us when we could check in. I told him the keybox was not working and he made it sound like I was dumb, I asked the cleaning lady the next day and she told me they have been having problems with it, it never did get fixed. They advertised a wagon that was broken and chairs that are moldy then told me people usually buy their own. I scrubed things, my husband bought parts and fixed the wagon and umbrella and we used a bandaid to keep the lock box closed. We were reimbursed 1 night, which didnt cover the hotel & eating out I asked for more $ back as it ruined our first day and was told not to leave a review
