All new master bedroom with king bed, guest bedroom with 2 twin beds, new living room sofa and recliner. Tile flooring and rich moldings provide a subtle ambience. Enjoy coffee on the lanai overlooking the pool area, and then take the 1 minute walk to Siesta Beach. The cool white quartz sand, warm gulf waters and magnificent sunsets await you at the #1 Beach in the USA (Trip Advisor). Stroll up the beach to Siesta Key Village and wander the great shops, enjoy restaurants, patios and music. Or catch the free "Siesta Breeze" trolley to and from the heart of the Village. Rent a boat, wave runner, bike, sign up for para sailing, water skiing, or deep sea fishing, all conveniently located within 10 minutes of this Siesta Beach location. Just steps away, Siesta Beach has excellent playground and picnic facilities for the family. Return home and take a dip in the heated pool, play billiards, ping-pong, or outdoor shuffle board- right off your lanai. An outdoor gas grill patio is just outside the front door and everything you'll need to create your own dining experience, or picnic at the beach, is on premise. Three flat screen TV's and 300mbps high speed Wi-Fi (on a private connection) are provided. Laundry facilities are on site. Beach chairs (2), and a few beach toys are on the lanai. This was a great location and was newly renovated and decorated! It was very clean and even had some beach chairs/toys/umbrellas/boogie board so we didn’t have to buy a thing. It was right across the street from siesta key public beach, so super easy to get on the sand. Also, we loved that we could walk out the back door and be just a few steps to the pool! Great spot- we’ll be back. Only minor thing was that the second bedroom didn’t have any sort of dresser, but not a big deal!

If you want easy access to Crescent Beach, you won't do any better than this. Condo was clean and well-equipped with all the basics.

Awesome vacation! Unit very convenient to the pool and beach! Can’t wait until our next visit!!

Great Location

The apartment is very well kitted out with everything you could need. Very clean and everything looked new. Check in was very easy. Location is superb as it is directly across from the beach car park. 15 walk to the village with all the bars etc plus a trolley stop right outside.

We'll be back!

This was our first visit to the Sarasota area, and Siesta Key, La Siesta Condominiums and this unit didn't disappoint. We had a great stay, enjoyed the accommodations and had great communication with the management team. It's in a great location- right across from a terrific beach with outstanding sunsets (I get why they say it's the #1 in the US!), and a short bike ride to the village, where they have some great restaurants and shops. We'll be back... but probably in Oct/Nov when it's cooler ;-)

Location was great. Communication from property management was poor. Pool was closed for repairs unexpectedly for several days. Condo itself was clean . Kitchen fine . Not well decorated and bland . AC loud. 3 stars for convenience of the location.

Perfect Location

We had a fabulous time. The condo was very clean and cool at arrival. Location is perfect. Right across the famous Siesta Key Sign and food pavilion. Its a 2 minute walk. Siesta Key village is a 3 min car ride, there you will find all cute little shops, food market (all very expensive). Best is to buy all shopping and alcohol at Walmart or Publix. Great time!
