Apartment located in the heart of Siena in the immediate nearness of the Basilica of San Francesco in the Contrada of Bruco
The 80 square meter apartment is composed of a double bedroom, a small bedroom with two single beds that turn into a double bed, a bathroom and a large, bright living room with kitchen and a large double sofa bed.
The house is newly renovated and well equipped with every comfort and new appliances. It is perfect for enjoying the city and its center.

Perfect location. Steps from grocery and restaurants. It is at the top a steep, steep hill, so be prepared if you are walking with luggage. The apartment is very well equipped, the sofa bed is very comfy. Excellent communication with the host. He was lovely and even got up to book us a taxi at 6:30 am on a Sunday. NOTE: taxi’s do not run on Sundays. We ended up walking to the train station. It was an adventure!! But the apartment was perfect.

Very enjoyable stay in Siena City Center.

The property is conveniently located to the city center, restaurants and shopping. It is clean, spacious and comfortable. The host, Bruno, provided many small amenities that made our stay more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again.

Bruno's apartment has everything you need to accommodate your stay here. Kitchen is fully equipped, tea, coffee, sugar etc. toys for kids, books. Very clean. Bruno even had water chilling in the fridge on our arrival. We were late because of travel delays but Bruno was very understanding. Taxi from train was a one hour wait so be prepared if this is the way to go from train to apartment. Main lock into apartment building was not working and made entry difficult but this was not Bruno's fault but owner of building. Loved it here and would book again.

Beautiful, Comfortable, and Perfect Location - Siena

Mom traveling with two 17 year olds and a 19 year old. From our first communication onward, Bruno has been terrific. He met us at the apartment and showed us around - helping us to quickly acclimate. Bravo for having a binder with explanation on how to use European appliances (this can be quite confusing until you know the tricks!). The apartment was better than advertised. Very comfortable, with all our needs met. Although lovely in the listing, it does not give enough justice to the light, airy feel and the space. Furthermore, the location… in the old town, but not smack in the middle of the noise - is incredible. 10 minutes from the train station by taxi. A bus is very easily accessed as well. All the sites were walkable, with plenty of restaurants, shops, bars, etc. It was truly lovely. We will return!!

Cozy home.

Close, clean, and comfortable

Loved our stay in the apartment. Central but just off enough to not be in the thick of things. It has everything you could possibly need for a vacation and then some. Daniela and Bruno were very accommodating and attentive. The only thing that keep me from giving 5 stars is the (temporary) construction scaffolding outside the windows and construction noise (only daytime) due to the upstairs apartment being renovated.

Home Away from Home

It was a very roomy and comfortable apartment. In spite of Siena being a bustling city, noise was never an issue; inside was quiet and relaxing. Everything worked—it was perfect. The owner was most gracious in helping us with all our needs. A five-star experience!!

From check in to check out, our stay was wonderful. It’s a great location and everything we hoped for. We appreciated the character and location of this property. Logement joli, très bien équipé et au centre Sienne

Confortable flat, cosy and very close to Piazza del Campo. Very high-level, complete kitchen equipment. All stores nearby, incl. restaurants. Air conditioned available only for part of the flat, fans in the other rooms. We recommend this accommodation for families (free carpark locations within ≈10-15 mn walk). Bruno has been a very nice and reactive landlord, many thanks to him :-).
