It is time for Rydges upper management to view these properties to see that they need major upgrading and cleanliness. I am over staying in hotels that doesn’t put mattress protectors on beds, let’s their bathroom look ..."

"We have stayed at Hyatt 3 times now each time a different room. The staff are always helpful and polite. Reccomend picking a room with a view it's well worth paying the extra for, we have learnt to try avoid the lower rooms as our last stay was not as pleasant ruined by a young group screaming half ..."

Four Seasons Hotel Sydney
"Fantastic location overlooking Sydney harbour. Five minute walk to tram stops, ferries, shops and restaurants. Rooms immaculately clean, beds VERY comfortable, staff are so friendly and helpful. We stayed for 6 nights in June ‘26 and would highly recommend. Oh and do splurge on the breakfast buffet ..."

"The property location is absolutely perfect for someone wanting to explore the city, right near Town Hall all the shops, China town and so on. Checkin was totally fine, seamless and we were able to leave our bags at reception prior to the checkin time. Room was clean and functional, everything worked ..."
