"No hot shower. Chappie needed a spaner to turn on our tap to fill a bucket. I turned it off to save water but couldn’t turn it on again! Rinsed off in the basin. Our driver’s dorm room had mice so he slept in the car. "

"It wasn’t a good hotel at all. It says luxury boutique but it is neither Luxury nor boutique. Dirty towels and dirty floor of the room we were supposed to check into. I won’t recommend this at all."
