The room lighting was very low, and the staff response was slow. Considering the room quality, cleanliness, and service, I don’t feel the property is worth the price being charged. The only highlight was...

"the room is not the same which i book on seeing on the expedia site. the cost and the room provided to me 104 is not justifiable and i m disappointed with both the hotel and the booking site"

"It wasn’t a good hotel at all. It says luxury boutique but it is neither Luxury nor boutique. Dirty towels and dirty floor of the room we were supposed to check into. I won’t recommend this at all."
