"Onsen hotel in kyoto, the onsen and the massage chairs were fantastic. Staff spoke a small amount of English and were able to sort out most issues that we had. Rooms were extremely dark, but the bed and pillows were hard, it took some adjustments for my wife and I to get to sleep."

"外国人のツアーの方達で、チェックインをする夕方も、翌日の朝もロビーは大変混んでいました。チェックイン時はチェックインのためにかなり待ち、客室へのエレベーターにもなかなか乗れませんでした。 チェックイン時に2人のスタッフの方だけが対応さ れていたのですが、もう少し対応してくださる方が多いとスムーズにいくと思います。 このことを除けば、大満足の滞在でした。 アイロンを使用する場合は、お願いするとアイロンとアイロンだいを部屋まで持ってきてくださるので、大変助かりました。安全上の理由から、使用時間は1時間程度とされています。"

"ひとり旅で利用しました。 地下鉄駅から7分くらい？ バス停目の前ですが1時間に2本でした。 二食付き安価で予約でき 早くから食べれる朝食は良かったです。 夕食は定食かカレーで質素な感じです。 いつも歩き回って食べ損ねてしまう私にはにはよかったです。 もし京都旅行で行きたい飲食店があればそちらを優先した方が良いかもしれません。 学食のように長くテーブルを配置していて間隔が狭くとても出入りがしずらかったです。 せめて壁側からも通れるようにしてほしいです。 しかしながら大浴場も気持ちよいですし大満足です。 スタッフの方々もよいのでひとり旅の時には候補とさせて頂きます。"
