Staff were lovely gave us keys to the new room and allowed us to move our things the next morning. Pool and hot tub were good. Room itself was okay not the cleanest but not too bad. We did book a non-smoking room but there was still a bit of a smoke smell. Something not mentioned is there is a free shuttle to the train station which is great. "
