"Excellent"

"I was super surprised by the quality of the room and property for the price. The floor I was on had an onsen and there was complementary amenities available also. The staff was super nice. The only thing is it is located quite aways from the stations so its a bit of a walk."

"Generally a good experience but would have enjoyed a better view from room."

"The hotel was excellent and staff were very welcoming and would acknowledge you every time you passed by. The breakfast is really good, so I would recommend it. Definitely worth the money spent and a really good location."

"Top Unterkunft, super Lage. Direkt verbunden mit dem Bahnhof Shibuya, Shibuya scramble mall und 2 weiteren Malls. Im Hotel unten drin ist auch eine mall mit Restaurants und Cafés. Zimmer waren geräumig und mit einer Hammer Aussicht. Haben uns total wohl hier gefühlt. Frühstück war okay, gab auch ein paar Früchte und z.B. Avocado zum Frühstück. Eierspeisen werden frisch auf Bestellung gemacht."

"Had a pleasant stay here. The location is pretty much unbeatable. Don’t think you could get any closer to the train station. The layout and design of the rooms is where this hotel really shines. "Awesome place"

"This is a very basic hotel in a great location. The bed linens are cheap synthetic materials that don’t breathe so you wake up sweaty every morning. Our room had visible mold growing on the ceiling around the AC duct. The housekeeping staff does not make beds or tidy rooms, only provides new towels upon request. No yea or coffee provided in the room. There is a washer/dryer in every room which is probably the only redeeming quality. I wouldn’t stay there again but my husband says he would."

"The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The location of the hotel was perfect as well I highly recommend staying here."

"The room was clean and the staff was super friendly and helfpul!"
