"This hotel went above and beyond our expectations and was completely worth it. The room was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, including a stove, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, and kitchen area. "The apartment was great and in a superb location with an excellent mall across the road with a posh supermarket that sold everything you needed for your stay. There is one big drawback for this property. I booked it specifically because it had kitchen facilities and we were staying for over a week. When we got there, the kitchen facilities were great, however, there were no plates, cups, cutlery, pots, pans, dishcloths or anything to use in the kitchen. So we ended up having to buy some cutlery...

"Not a typical hotel ie you don’t check in at lobby, but at an office adjoining the hotel entrance… confusing.
As a non-Mandarin speaker, it was a little tough. Room itself is fine"

"Es un edificio de departamentos. No hay ningun dato que indique q tienes q ir al piso 10 hacer check in en una habitacion transformada en oficina. El portero o guardia no habla ingles y no te dice que ahi es el lugar."
