The Ritz-Carlton, Shenzhen
"Best services for all staffs, especially Customer services in Lobby name Mr Jack, he was very kindness and helpful. The breakfast is ok, I think the room rates was quiet higher compare with the other in the same location. But , anyway the hotel was quiet good"
